Smoked a small rib roast I had.
The players
Rubbed and ready to go.
Onto the Mak
Sorry this was just a Sammie cook so don’t have a lot of pics.
Sliced up some roast.
The left over’s
Make some au jus
Put the sliced rib in the au jus
Toast some bread and added a little provolone cheese. Plate it up.
Enjoy!
