Just try a few on different dishes and find what ya like.
I am looking for suggestions/examples of what others have used them for. I thought the garlic would be great brushed on steak but also worry about problems using it with high heat during searing? I like spicy so I was thinking the chili under the skin on chicken during a smoke.
I would like to get a list of ideas to add to my bucket list of easy smokes : )
