Injecting pork butt the night before cook?

I know injecting is usually recommended 2-4 hours before cooking. I'm going to use the SOW injection and was wondering if I could inject and rub tonight so I can just throw them on the MAK early tomorrow morning.

I usually inject mine at least 6 - 8 hours before, and rub about 4 - 6 hours before I put them on.

Like Will, we inject as early as we can get our meat inspected which is around 6-8 hours before we place it in the cooker.
