Little Hasty Bake Tenderloin...with oak pellets

OK Had some dear friends come over....made some smoked golden taters on the Memphis...nice salad...and some tenderloin

used the balsamic whiskey glaze and the eighth wonder and put on the hasty bake on the shelf at 270 until 125 and then seared it...rested it and served!

I must confess I've never cooked a whole beef tenderloin. After seeing this I may have to splurge and pick one up.

ya som b!#$t. thats the first thing i thought about when i saw this. i'm working on it. the food by the way is fantastic. thats exactly what i am going to use mine for. i saving for a continental.

i'll sell one of my 1 stars for a hasty bake. i don't use #69. only #336 & #36. heh bp, want to trade a 1 star for a hasty bake? used 1 for a used hasty bake?
