the pepperoni stuffed chicken breast came out amazing ...anything you put on the Yoder comes out incredible .. I love this grill.. this weekend ribs and pit beef .. plus a few whole chickens to pull and make chicken salad for lunch next week ...

Nice. Yes I'm new to pellet smoking too, and now I don't want to cook any other way. Had a smoked/glazed ham the other day, was a little worried because it had been in my freezer for probably around two years; but smoked for 5+ hours @165 with periodic basting, it was the best dang ham I've ever tasted. My wife, who was a little dismayed at the price of a new grill, is now a complete convert. Even my kids (5 and 8) loved it, and they're kinda picky - though the younger one still asked for ketchup.
