I used my new poppamat for a smoke/grill of meatloaf. Love the smoke flavor in the meatloaf, but what is the best way to clean the meatloaf crumbs off the poppamats? I can see myself using these quite a bit, but want an easy way to clean them.
I did a couple of umai dry aged rib eyes last night on the drum. No pics though, with the time change, it's dark by supper time close to the 49th parallel.
Did stuffed pork tenderloin, stuffed with pesto, goatcheese, spinach and roasted red pepper. Took some pics for the first time in ages. Will try to post some later. Turned out great.
Had fried cabbage with it as well.
