So this was my last cook with my old Traeger and I wanted to make it good. Mak will be here tomorrow. Went to my new BF Nick the butcher and grabbed some 1" 1/4 rib eyes.. hit one with garlic evoo and "The Slabs" rub. Also got some shrooms in a pan with butter, Italian seasoning and a very healthy splash of Merlot.
Everything on at 180 to catch some smoke.. and gave me time to have a beer..
Sorry cubed up some pineapple and hit it with some sweet heat....
Bumped to high.. shrooms are done.. nice colour..
