Warmed up some crawfish etouffe for the polenta cakes and cooked some mushrooms and onions for the steak.

Outstanding looking meal!!! The steak looks really good. The crawfish etouffe with the polenta cakes was a really nice touch. A new approach to surf and turf. I like it!!!
