I just cleaned the MAK and fired her up. Im demonstrating the MAK tonight for my wife's friends and their husbands who are interested in getting into the pellet smoking craze. We're doing three slabs of baby backs with money and two spatchcocked chickens with desert gold. Planing on the ribs being done at 4 The chicken will go on and be done by 5.
