Apparently I am doing an 8 pound packer brisket and a honey baked ham. Only done one other brisket so not much experience with that yet. Hopefully will turn out. Not sure yet how to do the Honey baked ham. Sides of scalloped potatoes and maybe some beans.
We are smoking PPOORRKK. PULLED and ST LOUIS RIBS. They call me tater salad, cole slaw, BA BA BABEANS, some bacon wrapped stuffed jap a leeenohos and whateva else comes to mind. I'm partial to carrot cake with cream cheeeeeeez icins, devilish eggs, and ???.
