    Bought 4 huge Butts for the Mak

    I went to Cash and Carry and was able to find 4 huge butts. The bottom 2 combined for 29.8 lbs and the top 2 combined for 23.3 show ya pics tomorrow when they are done

    cooking steelhead on Mak

    I finally caught a small hatchery steelhead, I was going to cook it on the Mak, any suggestions on what would be the best way to do it? It's right around 4-5 pounds

    first time cooking chicken, thanks Scooter

    I've never been good at cooking chicken so I asked Scooter for some advise. He has me make Chicken Spatchcock, after cooking at 325 for around 90 min I was amazed at the results! Thanks Scooter for the tips.

    remote won't connect

    Bone in Pork shoulder on my new 1 star

    12:20 A.M. I put the pork in and have it set for 3 hours of smoke, then to switch to 225. I set an alarm so when the meat hits 160 it will let me know and I can foil it. The one thing I noticed when programing it was I could only set the time on the user for 59 min, so I had to set smoke 3...
